1. The Service & Seller
HumXapply is a university admissions planning workspace for students applying to institutions in Canada and the United States. It helps you research institutions, track deadlines, organize applications, and discover scholarships. HumXapply is a planning tool — it does not submit applications on your behalf and does not guarantee admission or scholarship outcomes. HumXapply is operated and sold by 1001117935 Ontario Inc. A HumXedge Platform.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. If you are under the age of majority in your province or state, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Free Trial & Season Pass
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access, with no payment required. After the trial ends, you can continue on the free limited plan or purchase the Application Season Pass. The HumXapply Application Season Pass is offered as a one-time purchase for 12 months of access at the price displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Promotional or limited-time pricing may be offered from time to time. The Season Pass does not automatically renew. Prices are exclusive of tax; applicable Canadian GST/HST is calculated and shown at checkout. You will not be charged again; when the 12-month period ends, your account simply returns to the free limited plan. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your card details.
4. Promotional Offers
Promotional or limited-time offers may have their own eligibility conditions and expiry dates, may be available only once per account, and may not be combined with other promotions. The applicable price is the one shown at checkout.
5. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. It applies to regular and promotional Season Pass prices.
6. AI-Generated Content
The HumXapply AI advisor provides suggestions generated by artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Deadlines, admission requirements, tuition figures, and scholarship criteria change frequently — always verify critical information on official university and government websites, or with your school counselor, before acting on it. AI suggestions are a starting point, not professional, legal, immigration, or financial advice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, no scraping or reselling of content, no using the AI advisor to produce plagiarized application materials, and no activity that disrupts the service for others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Your Content
You retain ownership of the information you enter (grades, essays, notes, preferences). You grant us the limited right to process it solely to operate and improve the service for you. We do not sell your personal data and do not share your profile with universities or other institutions.
9. Privacy, Cookies & Measurement
How we collect and use personal information — including optional analytics and optional advertising measurement, which stay off unless you turn them on in “Cookie settings” — is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumXapply is not liable for missed deadlines, admission decisions, scholarship outcomes, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
