Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free trial

New accounts include a 7-day full-access free trial with no payment required. If you do nothing, you simply move to the free limited plan when the trial ends — you are never charged automatically.

2. Application Season Pass (one-time)

The Season Pass is a single one-time payment that unlocks premium access for 12 months. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again. When the 12-month period ends, your account returns to the free limited plan and your data is retained.

3. Refunds

If you were charged in error or are unhappy with your Season Pass purchase, contact us within 14 days of payment and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds revoke premium access and return the account to the free limited plan.

4. How to request

Email hi@humxedge.com from your account email with your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.
