Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free trial

New accounts include a 7-day full-access free trial. No card is required, and you are never charged automatically. If you do nothing, your account simply moves to the free limited plan when the trial ends.

2. Application Season Pass (one-time)

The Season Pass is a single one-time payment that unlocks premium access for 12 months. It is not a subscription and there is no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again. When the 12-month period ends, your account returns to the free limited plan and your data is retained.

3. 14-day refund

If you are not satisfied with your Season Pass, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. The request must come from, or clearly identify, the account that made the purchase. This applies whether you paid the regular price or a promotional or limited-time price.

4. How a full refund works

A full refund returns the amount you paid, including the applicable taxes charged at checkout, through Stripe to the original payment method (or another method Stripe supports for that payment). When the refund is issued, your paid Season Pass access ends and your account returns to the applicable free access; your data is retained. We will confirm by email that your Season Pass access has ended. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider, which HumXapply does not control.

5. Promotional pricing

Promotional and limited-time prices follow this same refund policy. A promotional offer that was used for a refunded purchase is not reissued.

6. Partial refunds

In exceptional circumstances, HumXapply may issue a partial refund. A partial refund does not automatically end Season Pass access.

7. How to request

Email hi@humxedge.com from your account email within 14 days of your payment and tell us you would like a refund. We aim to respond within a few business days.
